The coffee shop offers a choice of tea, coffee, cold drinks, ice-creams, confectionery and a selection of cakes.

The tennis courts are open from 8.30 a.m. every day and close at 8.00 p.m.  and can be booked online via the online booking system. Please see the Grounds Staff to book bowls when the pavilion is closed.

Changing facilities and floodlighting (for the tennis / ball courts) are available when required, at extra cost.

The splash pad is open daily between 11:00 and 4.30 between May and September.

Our fully accessible pavilion is available to hire for funeral wakes.  Holding up to 80 people with separate kitchen facilities and plenty of car parking, it is situated opposite the Easthampstead Crematorium.  Please call us on 01344 420079 or email enquiries@bracknelltowncouncil.gov.uk for availability and quote for catering requirements.

The pavilion is available is available for one-off hires such as weddings, anniversaries, children’s and family birthdays, and other special occasions.  The premises may be used for private functions only. Tickets must not be sold at the door, and alcohol may be sold if an occasional licence is obtained. It is not available for parties from ages 13 to 21.

For safety reasons, bouncy castles, smoke machines, scooters, bicycles, nerf guns, ball sports, fireworks, and barbeques are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.  Hall must be vacated by 9pm, 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
