Rise @GHC

Bracknell Town Council Environment Wardens have completed a four week program with Rise @GHC. The Rise is part of Garth Hill College and serves pupils aged between 11 to 19 with autism.

One hour sessions were delivered three times per week commencing on 4th June 2018. The Bracknell Town Council Environment Wardens discussed looking after the local environment with the pupils. GMG Falconry provided a birds of prey encounter and Berkshire Reptile Rescue delivered a reptile encounter. Exclusively Dogs provided information about safety around dogs.

Bracknell Town Councils Environment Wardens offer a range of services including presentations and talks for schools, youth groups such as Scouts and Guides that cover a range of topics from dog fouling to litter, recycling and caring for the wildlife. The presentations are suitable for ages 5 years and up and are completely FREE. If you are interested or would like further information please contact environment.warden@bracknelltowncouncil.gov.uk
