30th Anniversary of Bracknell Ice Skating Club

Councillor Sandra Ingham, Town Mayor attending John Nike Ice Skating Rink which celebrated its 30th Anniversary on Friday 28th September. The rink held a Gala to celebrate showcasing some highly talented young ice skaters. The opening number ‘The Greatest Show’ set the scene and the closing performance to ‘This is Me’ said it all. In total there were 28 performances which included ice dances, free skating, and synchronised skating.

Founded by the late John Nike OBE, Bracknell Ice Skating Club has a strong ‘skating for all’ outlook, encouraging all aspiring skaters to fulfil their skating potential and ambitions. For more information visit
