Hall Hire
The Community hall at the Copse Suite, Jocks Lane Hall is available for one-off hires such as children’s and family birthday parties, wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations and other special occasions.
Must be vacated by:
- 10pm Monday – Thursday
- Midnight Friday and Saturday
- 9pm Sunday
Hire Charges
- Private Hire: Monday – Friday £20.40 per hour / Saturday – Sunday £29.05 per hour
- Commercial Hire: Monday – Sunday £30.10 per hour
- Playgroups: Term Time only £20.40 per session
- Coffee Shop: £13.75 per hour
A deposit of £50.00 is required within 48 hours* to confirm bookings and also against any damage which may be incurred during the hall hire. This will be refunded after the date of hire but will be withheld if any damage is incurred. Payment for hall hire must be made in full ten days before the date of hire.
*If a response is not received in this timeframe the booking will be cancelled.

Available for:
- One off hires
- Minimum of 3 hour booking for one-off hire
- Setting up and clearing up must be included in the booking time
- Alcohol may be served for private functions. A TENS licence must be obtained from Bracknell Forest Council if alcohol is to be sold (i.e. a mobile bar).
- Music – must be turned off by 11pm and noise levels to be monitored by the hirer
- Accessible toilet facilities
Unavailable for:
- Parties for those aged 13 to 21
- Inflatables of any kind
- Ticketed events
- Smoke / bubble machines
- Scooters
- Bicycles
- Nerf Guns
- Ball Sports
- Fireworks
- Barbeques
