Astro Turf Hire
Birch Hill recreation ground boasts a top of the range, full sized sand based Astro turf suitable for both hockey and football.
Great Hollands recreation ground has a synthetic ball court suitable for five aside games.
Football Pitches
We have grass football pitches at Birch Hill recreation ground, Braybrooke recreation ground, Ennerdale, Great Hollands recreation ground, Harmans Water playing fields, Jocks Lane park, Ringmead and Wildridings playing fields. Pitches are available to hire on a seasonal basis only in accordance with the local football leagues.
Football season runs from September to April each year. Pitches must be hired for the whole season, we do not take bookings for single games. All games are played at weekends and teams are normally affiliated to a recognised league. Pitches are allocated for the coming season (priority is given to clubs who have played on our pitches previously where possible) and any spare capacity will be allocated to teams based on the date their application form was received.
Rugby Pitch Hire
Large sports field hosting 2 rugby pitches, hired on a seasonal basis by Bracknell Rugby Club.
Cricket Pitch Hire
Great Hollands recreation ground hosts a cricket pitch which is hired on a seasonal basis by local cricket leagues.
Bowls
The six rink bowls green at Great Hollands recreation ground is open between April and September and is managed by Bracknell Town Council. Great Hollands Bowls club own and manage the clubhouse.
