GE Power & Water Volunteers Help at South Hill Park

20th November 2015 Posted in Council News

Thank you to volunteers from GE Power & Water, Bracknell, who helped at South Hill Park yesterday, (Thursday, 19 November 2015). They installed orienteering markers and did rhododendron and laurel clearance in the pouring rain!

Kath Moss, South Hill Park Manager, Bracknell Forest Council said: “Thanks to the GE Power & Water volunteers; I am over the moon with the progress made, especially given the weather conditions. I look forward to seeing the GE Team back at South Hill Park to enjoy the fruits of their labour once the orienteering course is fully complete!”

Bracknell in Bloom can arrange for groups of corporate volunteers to help green up and clean up Bracknell. If you are interested, please click here and scroll down to the “Corporate Volunteers” section.
