£36,922 – £49,213 (subject to knowledge and experience)
Essential Car User Allowance

A well qualified person with proven management and motivational skills is required to take over from our present
Manager who retires this spring. You must have a good knowledge of the preparation of sports grounds including fine
turf areas and be familiar with Health & Safety legislation including risk assessment procedures. You will need
experience in purchasing and maintaining grounds and specialist equipment. Some arboriculture knowledge would be
helpful.

The successful applicant will lead a team of full time and part time staff deployed at our main depot, parks and
children’s play areas throughout the Bracknell Town Council area.

Closing Date 17th March 2021
Initial Interviews will be held on 1st April 2021
