South Hill Park’s Summer School raise £500 for Bracknell Town Mayor’s Fund

8th August 2018 Posted in Community News

Relatives and friends of South Hill Park’s Summer School raised £500 for Bracknell Town Mayor’s Fund: Youth Programmes at South Hill Park.

The sum was collected at each of the four performances of South Hill Park’s Summer School production, ‘The Jungle Book’ on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th August.

“South Hill Park’s youth programmes are good for our local young people because they build resilience and self-confidence and above all the young people have fun growing up, a time that may be difficult or stressful for some,” said Bracknell Town Mayor Cllr Sandra Ingham, “The performances were sensational. The actors were all young people as were the technicians and the musicians. Well done everyone!”
