Television Licence Grant

13th March 2020 Posted in Community News

Bracknell Town Council are unable to extend the Television Licence Grant to residents beyond the age of 75.  Council have looked into this, but unfortunately it is not feasible as we have a limited budget set aside each year to fund the grant.

TV Licensing will be developing a new “Pay as you Go” payment scheme especially for customers who will need to pay for their licence from June 2020. This scheme will let customers spread the cost of their licence in fortnightly or monthly payments to make it easier to pay. More information can be found at https://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/
