If you have a comment about our facilities or services, or have a request for a new service or facility, please contact us.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 01344 420079, email or via the contact form below, setting out clearly the nature of your complaint and if appropriate the exact location. We will respond to you within three working days to let you know what is happening and will put the matter right as soon as we are able to, within budgetary constraints. Health and safety matters will be given the highest priority. Complaints can also be made via your local Ward Councillor.

We are always pleased to receive compliments about our work and these are passed on to staff members and Councillors as appropriate.
