What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan for a Town Council is a long-term roadmap that sets out priorities, goals, and actions to improve the community. It helps guide decision-making on key issues like local services, facilities, and future development of those services and facilities. The plan is based on residents’ needs and aims to ensure resources are used effectively to create a thriving, well-managed town.
Bracknell Town Council Strategic Plan is currently being reviewed and a 2025 version is being drafted.
