Bracknell Town Council has three core teams where a variety of skills and experience are valued. You can find our current vacancies on this page along with links to the application forms.

Grounds Team: A variety of grounds maintenance, vehicle maintenance, park cleansing and facilities management.

Sites Team: Park wardens, environmental education, pavilion maintenance, coffee shop management and cleaning.

Office Team: A variety of bookings, payroll, allotments and cemetery administration, along with financial, people and operations management.

Tractor Operator

Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm

Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm

£23,500 to £28,770 pa subject to qualifications and experience

Closing Date 25th April 2024

The tractor operator is responsible for the safe and effective operation of large tractors and mowing attachments to maintain
grass areas across public parks, open spaces and sports pitches within Bracknell. This role ensures these green spaces are kept
well-groomed through regular mowing and turf care.
