Recently refurbished, this town centre park offers local office workers and neighbours the opportunity to stretch their legs in an attractive urban setting.
The park includes a children’s play area, teenage meeting shelter, seating, picnic tables as well as a range of formal flower and shrub beds and borders, and wildflower meadow.
A group of cast statues – Swing, Skate & Star – were installed in 2009 and prove to be a constant attraction.
Parking (limited on weekdays) is available off Park Road.
